Shipping

Yes, you can use one coupon per order. Once your order has been placed, we cannot add coupon codes so please ensure your remember to input them at checkout.

We offer free UK delivery when you spend over£55

We ship to the UK and worldwide.

All orders are on a turnaround of 5 working days before dispatch. However, in busy periods where we have a sudden influx of orders they may take slighter longer. Please check our homepage for up to date turnaround times.

Pre order items are excluded from turnaround times. If you order a mix of pre order and non preorder, they will all be shipped once the pre order items are ready for dispatch.

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. You can also login at any time to see the status of your order.

We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as most of our customers send direct to the recipient. For orders being delivered outside of the UK, we are legally required to display the contents and price of each parcel to customs.

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history. If you choose our standard delivery, you will only get a delivery update once delivery is attempted.

Yes, during purchase on the basket page you will have a box available for you to write your own personal message to be sent with the gift. This will be placed on the gift card, which arrives with the parcel for the recipient to see when delivered.

We try and help you as much as possible, however if your order has been sent to production we are unable to make a change. If you email us within 6 hours of ordering we should be able to make necessary changes for you.

Returns

If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 10 working days of receiving the order. We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.

The majority of our product listings have a size guide available. Please bear in mind our loungewear sizing differs to our supplier stock items and, as with many stores, differing materials and styles of clothing can change the sizing. Please allow 1-2cm tolerance for all item sizing. If you are unable to locate the size guide or have any further questions regarding sizing please don’t hesitate to email us

We can offer previews on fonts, for this, please add a note to your order requesting a proof before printing. Please bear in mind by doing this your orders despatch will be delayed while we wait for your email response.

You can have as many as you would like, however the more letters - the smaller it will be.
